Do you ever bake gluten-free or vegan?

By request — because the ingredients required for gluten free or vegan baking are not in most of my recipes, it would cost extra to stock up on them. I do, however, take custom requests, which would incorporate these costs (i.e. layer cakes, a dozen cupcakes or cookies, etc.)!
